When you cancel your order and fulfil all the policies that are required from you, we shall issue you with a cancellation invoice.
How do we refund our cancellation orders and requests?

On refunds, we only entertain transactions made over the internet. We will credit the amount back to you account. For instance, we do not accept cash or drafts. Therefore, there is always the need to provide your banking details and other information to help process the transaction.
And if the bank account details that you informed us of are wrong, then it cannot be our fault. If the details are inactive, we are not responsible either.
The operation of an online cancellation order on our portal is to take at least 7 working days. The cancellation will be processed seven working days from when you have instructed it from our portal.
Besides, we will not accept any responsibility if the funds do not reflect back into the account with 7 working days. You should go to your bank and not us.
