Policy Basics

As a consumer you have the right to return any merchandise delivered to you or be resent to the company in its wrong or damaged state and demand for your money back.

To assist us in speeding up the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Please make sure that when returning the clear pictures of the packet of the medication and the medication in question respectively.
  2. By the time you receive the problem, our shipping team will discuss it and provide a solution in less than 12 working hours.

You will either be given your money back or we have to send you the same amount of pills that was sent to you.

To get a refund we will process the whole amount and you will receive a confirmation on the email address which you will provide.

If it happened that we reship the right pills will be forwarded either to the same address or a new one. Please, indicate if you want to use another address. In addition, we shall provide you with new tracking number as soon as we forward the package again.

We will send you address through which you can return your order. After receiving the return tracking number, then you will process the refund.

Special note:

  1. Refund and reshipping is possible only when an order has been made in a mistake.
  2. Further, these are only effective for 15 business days from the notification.
